Workers' compensation insurer United Heartland announced Wednesday that it plans to build a new national headquarters in the Milwaukee suburb of New Berlin as it continues a national expansion. The carrier said it will break ground in March on a 56,000-square-foot office facility near the Interstate 43 /Moorland Road Interchange and will move into the building in December.
