The California Division of Workers' Compensation on Monday started accepting nominations for the 2012 Carrie Nevans Community Services Awards.The annual community service awards, renamed in the memory and honor of the division's former acting administrative director who passed away in February 2011, will be presented during the 19th annual educational conferences.
