Trenton Employee Caught Sleeping on the Job Seeks Workers' Comp Claim

An employee of the City of Trenton Water Works who was filmed sleeping at the controls of a running backhoe wants a $19,000 workers’ compensation settlement in relation to a claim filed in 2012. The Trentonian newspaper reported Wednesday that the Trenton City Council was expected to vote on the matter today.
