A worker from Jay, N.Y., was charged last week with offering a false instrument for filing and violations of the New York State Workers' Compensation Law, The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reported.The newspaper said Patrick F. Diello, 51, was arrested by New York State Police on five counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, one count each of third-degree grand larceny and third-degree insurance fraud, fraudulent insurance practices and fraudulent practices.State police said they were not immediately able to provide details.Diello was released on his own recognizance an...
