The Illinois Appellate Court ruled that a worker was not entitled to additional recovery from his automobile insurance carrier for injures from a work-related accident caused by an underinsured driver. Case: Amico v. Allstate Corp., No. 1-19-1421, 05/29/2020, published. Facts: In June 2012, Peter Amico suffered injuries in a car accident with an underinsured motorist.
