Caplane Says Decision on Reconsideration in Dubon Should Be Issued Soon

DANA POINT, California – A new decision on when issues of medical necessity will not be subject to the independent medical review process should be forthcoming from the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in the next six to eight weeks, WCAB Chairwoman Ronnie Caplane said Wednesday.
