Trenton to Hire Risk Manager to Manage Rising Workers' Comp Costs

The City of Trenton, New Jersey, will consider hiring a risk manager to manage workers’ compensation claims against the city. The Times of Trenton reported that city officials, concerned that Trenton is losing “upwards of $4 million each year due to the mismanagement of workers’ compensation claims,” have requested that the city council create the position of risk manager.
