The Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (FWCJUA) filed last week a notice of request for proposals for collection services.The collection services provider will handle delinquent accounts and unpaid premiums referred by the agency's servicing carriers. The FWCJUA is a single-line insurer underwriting workers' compensation and employers' liability coverage in Florida.
