The Idaho Industrial Commission has released its standards for Electronic Data Interface Claims Release 3.0, which employers will be required to submit injury reports through starting in 2017.
The commission has adopted the implementation guidelines of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions, according to its website. According to the guidelines, employers will be required to submit first reports and subsequent reports of injury through the state's vendor on Jan. 1, 2017.
