The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $145,420 in penalties against a trucking company for violations involving a lack of fall protection and defective forklifts.
OSHA said it cited Central Transport in Hillside, Illinois, for 16 safety and health violations, including five repeat, one willful and two serious safety violations at its trucking terminal.
