An Ohio appellate court upheld the dismissal of an injured press operator’s intentional tort claim against his employer. Case: Hunter v. Cole Tool & Die Co., No. 2022 CA 0059, 06/27/2023, published. Facts: Roger Hunter worked for Cole Tool & Die Co. as an operator of an 800-ton Verson press. The press is used to stamp metal blanks into parts and requires five people to operate.
