Mitchell, a provider of technology and information services for the property and casualty industry, has invested in telehealth company Consumer Health Connections.
Terms of the deal, which was announced Thursday, were not disclosed.
Consumer Health Connections builds cloud-based technology systems to bring telehealth to the workers' comp industry. CHC gives injured workers virtual access to medical providers for initial and follow-up appointments, tele-rehab services and virtual claim reviews. It also offers a service that provides real-time updates and an automated tracking system.
