The National Federation of Independent Business has received permission to file an amicus brief in the suit that presents a constitutional challenge to Senate Bill 1062, the 2013 workers' compensation reform bill approved by state lawmakers in May.The Oklahoma Supreme Court granted NFIB's request to file an amicus curiae brief, or "friend of the court" brief, in the case of Coates v.
