The Georgia Supreme Court has rejected an attorney’s second request for a public reprimand as a consequence for her fifth admitted disciplinary proceeding.
Although the Georgia State Bar and a special master both recommended a simple rebuke for attorney Denise F. Hemmann, the court said a harsher sanction was warranted.
