Company Nurse and One Call Team to Provide Transportation

Nurse triage and workplace injury reporting service Company Nurse LLC has partnered with One Call to provide transportation to medical facilities.

When a worker contacts Company Nurse to report an injury, a triage nurse provides the injured worker with direction to the appropriate level of care.

With the integration with One Call, when an injury warrants attention at a medical facility the triage nurse asks whether the injured worker has transportation. If needed, the Company Nurse system can now seamlessly initiate a request to One Call’s RelayRIDE, verify availability and schedule a pickup with a contracted driver.

The injured employee receives real-time ride status text messages, without the need of an app, the companies said in a statement.
