A California appellate court affirmed an injunction barring a former employee from making violent threats against his employer, and forcing him to stay away from his former co-workers. The 1st District Court of Appeal affirmed a protective injunction against Zhi Qiang Luo on Tuesday, in the unpublished opinion of Tran v. Luo.
