Insurance brokerage Hub International Limited on Thursday announced that it acquired the assets of Fidelity Associates Inc. and Fidelity Associates Financial Services Inc. serving Washington state and the Pacific Northwest.
Hub did not disclose terms of the deal in its statement.
Fidelity is a full-service commercial lines, personal lines and employee benefits agency and brokerage headquartered in Spokane.
