A Milwaukee neurosurgeon has agreed to give up his medical license in an agreement with the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.Dr. Cully White and the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board agreed that the board should suspend White's license, in lieu of pending malpractice and fraud allegations. On Friday, White pleaded guilty to federal insurance fraud charges that contended that he had asked another physician to create fake reports so he could overbill insurers, according to a report from WISN News in Milwaukee.
