The Florida Office of Judges of Compensation Claims saw an increase in Petition for Benefit filings during fiscal year 2013-14, the first time the OJCC has seen an increase in PFBs since the 2008-09 fiscal year, according to a post on Deputy Chief Judge David Langham’s blog.
Langham wrote that PFB filings increased by 2.2% in 2013-14 over the previous fiscal year’s total, a higher increase than 2008-09, which saw a 1.6% hike in filings.
