WCIRB's Governing Committee Meets Wednesday

The Governing Committee for the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California will meet Wednesday to discuss regulatory and pure premium rate filings. Committee members will hear a report on the Sept. 1 regulatory filing that was the subject of an April 8 public hearing. Among other things, the WCIRB is recommending that the experience rating eligibility threshold be reduced to $9,500 from $9,900.
