WCD Seeks Comment on 'Reasonable Investigation' Rule for COVID Claims

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division is seeking public comments on a temporary rule that would require workers’ compensation carriers conduct a “reasonable investigation” before denying claims for COVID-19.
