Chiropractors performing independent medical evaluations of Nevada patients must be licensed in the state, the Chiropractic Physicians Board of Nevada announced in a recent notice.
The board said that in addition to IME, the notice is intended to address utilization review, rendering opinions, and interpreting and reporting about diagnostic imaging.
