The North Carolina Industrial Commission has posted its fee schedule for various proceedings and services that took effect on Nov. 1, 2014.
The commission’s fees include:
Mediator’s report, $200.
Compromise settlement agreement, $400.
Deputy commissioner hearing, $120 until June 30, 2015.
Full commission hearing, $220 until June 30, 2015.
Paper copies of file, free for first 20 pages, $1 per additional page.
Copy of audio from hearing, $25 per day.
Third-party distribution orders, Form 24 applications and hearing or exhibit transcripts are free.
