Under a pair of bills introduced to the Arizona Legislature, medical providers could be temporarily suspended from treating injured workers or fined up to $1,000 if they have a history of writing medical reports that are overturned.
A third bill would exempt peace officers from the statute allowing employers to designate a physician to perform an initial exam.
