A former civilian employee for the U.S. Navy has been charged with double dipping and defrauding the federal workers' compensation program after he failed to report three years of income while he said he was disabled.
David Burley, 67, of Bayboro, North Carolina, was charged this week with fraud, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina announced in a news release.
