Unsigned Notice Letters Sufficient to Allow Downcoding

Records that showed an insurance carrier gave the required 10-day notice before downcoding a physician's bills were sufficient, even though the notices were not signed, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled.Case: Jaeger v.
