Gov. J.B. Pritzker appointed Francis Martin Brady to serve as an arbitrator for the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Brady has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He has represented clients in civil and criminal matters, personal injury cases and employment disputes. He has also practiced as a workers’ compensation defense attorney.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
The appointment is effective Monday.
