Lawmaker Amends Bill to Limit Subrogation Rights of First Responders' Employers

A bill that originally proposed to prohibit employers of certain types of first responders from pursuing subrogation claims against third parties responsible for causing an injury was amended to instead require that the specified first responders receive a portion of the funds recovered.
