A year-old pilot project aimed at improving the dispute-resolution process for workers’ compensation claims in Texas is showing positive preliminary results, an official says.
The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation will share the program’s successful results and seek ways to enhance it through a public presentation beginning at 1 p.m. June 22 at the agency’s Dallas field office, 1515 W. Mockingbird Lane.
