A Hudson, Ohio, law firm specializing in employment and workers' compensation has merged with a larger legal practice in Canton.
The merger was effective Jan. 1 and will combine the five-attorney practice Andrews & Wyatt with the 45-lawyer firm Day Ketterer, according to a statement. The website Crain's Cleveland Business reported that no money changed hands in the deal, but that the Andrews & Wyatt staff is now on Day Ketterer's payroll.
