Court Orders Carrier to Accept Worker's Toxic Exposure Claim, Pay Attorney Fees

A Florida appellate court overturned a denial of a worker’s claim for benefits for her alleged toxic exposure, as well as for her claim for attorney fees. Cynthia Churchill worked for DBI Services LLC as a rest area attendant. Her job duties consisted mainly of cleaning restrooms. She routinely used a blend of liquid hand soap, toilet bowl cleaner, bleach and water.
