Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink on Wednesday announced the appointment of John Askins as the director of the Division of Insurance Fraud, an accredited law enforcement division within the Department of Financial Services.Sink said in a press release that Askins already has 30 years of experience working for the Fraud Division.
