The Court of Appeals ruled that a teacher who took a disability retirement because of her post-traumatic stress disorder might still be entitled to continued disability retirement benefits, even after she accepted a position with a Florida school district if her job duties in Florida did not qualify her as a "teacher" under Ohio law.Case: State ex rel.
