Colorado's Division of Insurance proposed a new rule that would require carriers to certify that all policy forms and documents comply with state law.
Rules proposed Monday would require a carrier to complete a certification of compliance and file it with the division at least 31 days before using any new or revised policy forms. Additionally, carriers would have to include a list of all policy forms used during the period covered by annual reports.
