A Pennsylvania plumbing company has been cited for nine federal safety violations and is facing $174,000 in proposed penalties after one of its workers was killed in a trench collapse.
A Rooter Man of Pittsburgh LLC, based in Hookstown, was cited on March 25 by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
