The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board said it will be returning to “more regular operations” starting Tuesday, but offices will remain closed and all hearings will continue to be virtual.
The board said that as a result of the expiration of the COVID-19 state of emergency, all guidance and modifications provided on its website explaining emergency procedures are lifted, with the following exceptions:
