BWC Finalizes Raft of Rules That Kick in July 1

The state Bureau of Workers' Compensation this week finalized changes to 17 rules, all of which take effect July 1, the agency announced. The rules affect everything from self-insured reports of injury to death benefits to lump-sum advancements.
