The state Bureau of Workers' Compensation this week finalized changes to 17 rules, all of which take effect July 1, the agency announced.
The rules affect everything from self-insured reports of injury to death benefits to lump-sum advancements. The rules were published in the Register of Ohio, and can be seen here:
