Agency Introduces Paperless Document-Filing Services

The Division of Workers’ Compensation is offering to insurers, injured workers and their representatives two services for submitting claim documents electronically. The program is part of the agency’s paper-reduction initiative and involves a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) and fax back receipt. The SFTP allows external stakeholders a secure electronic location to save documents that can be retrieved by DWC.
