Lauren Tyler Elected to Alleghany Corp. Board of Directors

The board of directors of Alleghany Corp. has elected Lauren Tyler as a new director, increasing the size of the board from eight to nine members. Tyler is head of human resources at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Asset & Wealth Management, where she oversees a global team that handles human resources for more than 25,000 employees.
