The Delaware Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) on Monday imposed changes to its utilization review regulations concerning preauthorization for surgeries and notifications of claimants' attorneys.OWC said in a regulatory notice it has added the claimants' attorney of record to the list of parties required to be notified of utilization review decisions.
