Specialty brokerage firm Alliant Insurance Services named Kryz Novotnaj vice president and national director of health informatics for its Employee Benefits Group.
Novotnaj will help Alliant's customers develop and run wellness programs, focusing on using data to design the plans.
Before coming to Alliant, Novotnaj worked to help employers in the Bay Area manage workers' health, Alliant said in a statement.
He will work out of the company's office in Walnut Creek.
