The California Division of Occupational Health and Safety has fined Livingston-based chicken company Foster Farms $181,500 for multiple COVID-19 workplace safety violations, the agency announced.
Cal/OSHA said in a news release Monday that inspectors began investigating Foster Farms last July after learning that a worker had died from COVID-19.
