The New York State Workers' Compensation Board has adopted a rule that will allow it to hold its monthly meetings in Schenectady instead of Albany and convene meetings electronically at the discretion of the chairperson, according to a notice in Wednesday's edition of the State Register.
The amendment to Section 300.27 allows the board chair or vice chair to convene meetings using teleconferencing or videoconferencing, in addition to updating the current location of the board headquarters in Schenectady.
