The SAIF Corp. board of directors violated the state’s open meeting laws when it decided to fire former Chief Executive Officer John Plotkin in 2014, an Oregon judge ruled.
The carrier said it has not decided whether to appeal Tuesday’s verbal order granting Plotkin’s motion for summary judgment. That decision will be left to its board of directors.
