Advisory Committee to Discuss Rule Changes, PTSD Legislation

A subcommittee will report on outworker and independent worker definitions during a meeting of the Idaho Advisory Committee on Workers’ Compensation Nov. 14.

Other items on the agenda:

• Proposed housekeeping amendments to electronic data interchange rules.
• Proposed electronic payment transfer rules.
• Legislation to provide benefits for first responders who suffer post-traumatic stress syndrome.
