DWC Schedules Public Hearing on Formulary

The California Division of Workers' Compensation has scheduled its first public meeting to discuss the design of a drug formulary mandated by the state Legislature for Feb. 17 in Oakland. Assembly Bill 1124, passed and signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown last year, requires the DWC to adopt a drug formulary by July 1, 2017.
