A Missouri appellate court ruled that a worker who suffered a series of injuries failed to prove his entitlement to benefits from the State Second Injury Fund. Case: Bennett v. Treasurer, No. ED108713, 08/25/2020, published. Facts: Sterling Bennett injured his right shoulder while at work in 1999. He filed a workers’ compensation claim, which he later settled.
