Gov. John Kasich signed into law Monday bills providing $579 million in biennial appropriations for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, a reduction of $78.7 million from the previous biennium, and $118 million for the Industrial Commission of Ohio -- representing an approximate 7% reduction.Kasich signed the bills at a ceremony which included Rep.
