The Texas Department of Insurance has issued a mandatory data call for fourth-quarter experience to all insurance companies licensed to write workers’ compensation policies, as well as other lines of insurance.
The data call is the basis for a quarterly report that TDI submits to the governor and certain members of the Legislature. The data requested is designed to provide the department with immediate access to market condition information.
