OSHA to Behavioral Health Center: Create Workplace Violence Policy

The federal work safety agency fined a Pennsylvania behavioral health facility $36,701 for failing to protect workers from assaults by patients, among other issues.  Employees throughout the Doylestown campus of Universal Health Services were exposed to biting, kicking, punching, scratching, head-butting and hair-pulling.
